Flavourists - design flavour products to suit customer requirements and enable reproducibility in manufacturing.
Botanical chemists - develop processes to produce botanicals in a format suitable for customer use.
Applications Staff - evaluate flavourings in different food types to ensure product flavour and character is maintained. Also produce samples in user formats including ice cream, muffins, biscuits and confectionery to demonstrate flavour taste for customer presentations.
Administration - covers a variety of skills including purchasing, sales, production control, logistics and finance.
Manufacturing - includes flavour compounders, botanicals, spray drier technicians, blending, warehousing and despatch.
Sales - office based sales support staff and Technical sales staff
